Two joined triangles in metallic gold iris beads that catch the light from every side.
Two triangular volumes, each hollow, are hand-woven from Japanese beads and joined together. Thread tension and a few careful knots hold the shape, with no interior armature required. The post is woven into the upper form as the piece is built, not added after. Lightweight titanium posts make these comfortable for extended wear. Part of FESTIVE, a small seasonal run for the holidays.
