RETURNS

Each piece from Geometric Beadworks is hand-woven, either one of a kind, made to order, or part of a small open edition. Because of the handmade nature of the work, all sales are final, except where the law requires otherwise.

Please review the dimensions, photos, and materials for each piece before you buy.

COMMISSIONS

Final Sale: Custom orders, commissions, and special colorways are made to individual specifications and are final sale.

Approval: Before your commission is packed, the studio will email close-up photos of the finished piece for your approval. Once it's approved and shipped, no changes or refunds can be made.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Every order is carefully packed, but please inspect your package when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact the studio right away so it can be made right.

Notify the Studio: Email deb@geometricbeadworks.com within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery time.

Photos: Include clear photos of both the outer mailer and the damaged piece.

Resolution: Once the damage is confirmed, the studio will offer your choice of a full refund or studio credit.

Returning a Damaged Piece: If the piece needs to come back for inspection, the studio will send a prepaid, insured shipping label. Please pack it in its original microfiber pouch between the rigid boards it came with, so it isn't damaged further on the way.

EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

If your order ships to the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to cancel or return standard, ready-to-ship pieces within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.

Exclusions: Custom products, special orders, and commissions are made to your specifications and are excluded from this right, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c). Standard, ready-to-ship pieces are not excluded.

Condition: Returned items must be unworn and unaltered, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. If a piece shows signs of wear or handling beyond what's needed to inspect it, the refund may be reduced to reflect that.

Return Shipping: You're responsible for arranging, tracking, and paying for international return shipping to the studio in the United States.

Refunds: Refunds cover the purchase price and the standard outbound shipping cost. They're issued within 14 days of your cancellation notice, and the studio may wait to issue the refund until the returned piece arrives.
