Shipping policy

Because every piece from Geometric Beadworks is hand-woven, it's shipped with care. Below are processing times, shipping methods, and what's inside your package.

STUDIO PROCESSING TIMES

Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Finished pieces ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Confirmation: When your package is handed to the carrier, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

Standard: $8 via USPS Ground Advantage, free on orders of $65 or more. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after shipping.

Express: $15. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days after shipping.

Discreet Packaging: Orders ship in a plain, unprinted mailer, so the contents aren't advertised in transit.

Tracking & Delivery: Every package is tracked to your door. Please make sure your delivery address is secure. The studio can't be responsible for packages the carrier has marked as delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Carriers & Rates: The studio ships to select countries via DHL or FedEx, with rates calculated at checkout. Delivery time depends on the service you choose and on customs in your country.

Duties & Import Taxes: For most countries, duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Packages can't be marked as gifts or declared at a reduced value.

International Tracking: Tracking is included for international orders. For some countries, updates may pause once the package reaches the local postal service.

Customs Delays: The studio isn't responsible for holds or delays caused by customs or local postal services.

PACKAGING

Outer Mailer: A plain, unprinted padded mailer for discretion in transit.

Protection: Rigid black boards on the front and back keep the piece flat and secure.

Tissue: White and royal blue triangle-print tissue paper, sealed with the studio's embossed silver seal.

Pouch: A reusable charcoal microfiber pouch, holding your piece on its specification card.

Metal Care: For gold-filled and sterling silver pieces, an anti-tarnish tab and a polishing cloth to keep the metal bright.
